LLLLL
MARCH FIELD AIR MUSEUM PARKING INTRUCTIONS
03/21/26

Housekeeping Items
  • Porta potties are available along the fence in the main parking lot.
  • When checking in on Agility Gate:
    • If you plan to crate indoors, select Regular Check-In.
    • If you plan to crate in your car, select Conflict Check-In.
This helps us know where everyone is located.
  • We will not have a parking lot attendant, so please keep an eye on the Agility Gate app for updates. This will let you know when to drive your car closer to the area where you will be entering for searches.
  • The briefing will take place inside the Heritage Hangar.
If everyone is checked in, we may start early—please watch the Agility Gate app for messages.
  • The War Dog Memorial has been completely redone and is beautiful.
This is a memorial area — DO NOT potty your dogs there.

There are plenty of potty areas around the edge of the parking lot and along the dirt road.

We’re looking forward to seeing you soon! To help everything run smoothly, here’s a simple checklist and a few helpful tips to make setup easy and stress‑free.

✅ Before You Arrive
  • ⬜ Have your setup items ready in your vehicle
(crate, floor pad, and any extras in one easy‑to‑carry bag)
  • ⬜ Label all items with your name (card or tape works great)

🚗 When You Arrive
  • ⬜ Let the parking attendant know if you plan to stage in the parking lot or indoors
  • ⬜ If you prefer to park and wagon your items in yourself, please let the parking volunteer know
  • ⬜ If crating indoors, you’ll be directed where to drop off your items
(a volunteer will move them inside for you)
  • ⬜ After parking, feel free to come back and set up
  • ⬜ Want to sit with a friend? You’re welcome to move your items once inside
Please be patient — we’ll start on time, and there will be plenty of time to finish setting up. Volunteers will be available to help!

🧺 What to Bring
  • ⬜ A pad to place under your crate
  • ⬜ Towels (for under water bowls or quick cleanups)
  • ⬜ A small sheet to cover your crate
(helpful if your dog gets nervous or barks)
  • ⬜ If bringing your own chair, make sure the feet won’t scratch the floor
(chairs will also be available inside)

🐶 During the Event
  • ⬜ Crate sitters will be available if you need a restroom break
  • ⬜ If you need to take your dog out to potty, please let a volunteer know
(we’ll help you get in and out safely)

We know this may sound like a lot, but with a little patience, everything will fall into place. Thank you for helping make this a great experience for everyone — we can’t wait to see you!
