SCAVENGER HUNT
We may have one more game than time, but our time management plan is simple: “just one more game!” “Time management is really just code for ‘how many things can I pretend to be on top of?’” Let’s play, laugh, and master the art of squeezing fun into every minute!
9 am - 4 pm each day
You can sign up for one or both days.

4-3-person teams per day
$150 PER DOG AND HANDLER (one dog, one handler)
MUST BE ON ALL 3 ODORS
(Birch, Anise, and Clove)
There will be volunteer/auditor spots available
Volunteer and auditor spots are limited, with no sign-up fee. Participants will help with event activities.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
● For cancellation of entries, a full refund minus a $40 processing fee if the host fills your space. No refund will be issued if the host is unable to fill your space. If the host must cancel the workshop due to an unforeseen event, such as a lack of interest, fire, flood, or other unforeseen occurrence. The host will issue a partial refund after the required expenses have been paid.

SITE CONDITIONS
ADA Site Specific Conditions
This location is a single-story building with steps leading down to the entry. Search areas may have a slight incline. The parking lot is paved with no shade. The interiors feature hard surfaces, and the exteriors are composed of artificial grass and dirt.
PARKING:
The parking lot is small and paved with no shade. Bring adequate items to support your dog in the car, such as fans and shade cloth.
Reactive Dog Parking
There will not be reactive dog parking.
RV Parking
There is no space for RVs to park.
Smoking
This is a school, NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED ON THIS SITE

Dog Policies
● All dogs must be on a 6’ leash at all times. NO flexi-leashes while not participating in a search.
● Dogs will be toileted in designated areas, and handlers must pick up and dispose of waste.
Females in Season
• If you would like a working spot, but are concerned your dog may go into season, please consider an auditing spot. We will not be able to make special accommodations for a female in season.
Liability
By registering for the Game Day, the attendee hereby assumes all risks of, and responsibility for, accidents and/or damage to her/himself or to her/his property or to others, resulting from the actions of her/his dog. The attendee expressly agree that the host, Linda Buchanan and her assignees or any other person, or persons, of said groups, shall not be held liable personally, or collectively, under any circumstances, for injury, and/or damage to her/himself, for loss or injury to property, whether due to uncontrolled dogs or negligence of any member of said groups, or any other cause, or causes. The competitor also agrees to assume all financial liability that may be incurred by the HOST due to the actions of themselves or their dogs, regardless of the cause
